About the role
We have 2 x full time permanent roles available.
Role 1: Human Resources - site based in Goondiwindi area
This role is a blended HR and safety role.
Role 2: Account Manager - Darling Downs
Work across 3 to 4 sites in the region.
Overview:
These roles will be responsible for managing day to day operations of this region/location, with a strong focus on the retention and wellbeing of staff whilst maintaining strong relationships with our client and other key stakeholders.
The successful applicant will ideally have significant people management experience, and;
- Strong understanding of the labour market in the local community;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with our client and other key stakeholders;
- Experience managing end to end recruitment, onboarding and all other stages of the employee lifecycle;
- Adept administrative and computer skills;
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to priorities and manage competing deadlines;
- Payroll & timesheet understanding;
- Injury Management experience;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management / Business Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded (but not essential).
