Appointment Setter/Sales
Primary Purpose of Position:

  • Develop a well-established and maintained sales pipeline
  • To fulfil the vision, mission and value proposition of Food Industry People Group 
  • Make outbound calls and generate leads through cold calling
Key responsibilities
  • Ensure weekly KPIs are achieved or exceeded
  • Engage customers/clients with confidence
  • Redirect qualified customer leads to the sales team
  • Ensure CRM is up to date and provide relevant information to the Sales team for follow through
  • Research and review potential clients and have a clear understanding of FIP Groups criteria and client suitability
  • Communicate potential opportunities to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Be reliable, honest, professional and have a passion to succeed
