Primary Purpose of Position:
- Develop a well-established and maintained sales pipeline
- To fulfil the vision, mission and value proposition of Food Industry People Group
- Make outbound calls and generate leads through cold calling
- Ensure weekly KPIs are achieved or exceeded
- Engage customers/clients with confidence
- Redirect qualified customer leads to the sales team
- Ensure CRM is up to date and provide relevant information to the Sales team for follow through
- Research and review potential clients and have a clear understanding of FIP Groups criteria and client suitability
- Communicate potential opportunities to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Be reliable, honest, professional and have a passion to succeed
