The key focus of this role is to work closely with the Sales teams to ensure high quality proposals and tenders are created and to proactively develop/update bid tools, templates and content to increase efficiency and ultimately success rate.

Key Responsibilities
- Bid Writing: Responsible for the quality of the proposal document, reviewing and editing content from team members and partners, to form a strong written and customer-focused response document.
- Bid Production: Management of the response document, format, styles, graphics, and ensuring the production of high quality and professional response document.
- Pricing: Managing the pricing tool and inputs to support the team in modelling pricing options for internal reviews and producing the final pricing framework for governance and signoff.
- Contract Review: Reviewing the final contract and ensure it meets our criteria.
- Governance: Ensuring the governance process is adhered to and facilitating the team through the process in an efficient and effective manner.
- Facilitation of internal bid team meetings, including bid team calls, workshops, reviews and approval meetings.
- Provision of objective advice to business stakeholders in the preparation of tender responses and in the interpretation of client requirements.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Skills and Experience - Essential:
- Experience within Industry, both Construction and Recruitment style tender responses.
- Highly effective communication (written & verbal) skills, teamed with strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels.
- Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and solutions that will enable continuous improvement initiatives.
- Detail orientated with a high work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, and together with the Sales team.
- Proven experience in developing strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Deep experience & skills with Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
