Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join our Melbourne team. This permanent position involves traveling to client sites to train staff on using technology, as well as checking and ensuring correct usage of devices. The role requires a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and the flexibility to be away from home for days or weeks at a time.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on-site.
• Train client staff on the use of technology and ensure correct usage.
• Check client devices to ensure proper operation and provide support as needed.
• Work closely with the Melbourne-based team lead to maintain high service standards.
• Travel to various locations as required, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

Requirements:

• QFever vaccination or willingness to obtain it.
• Must have a reliable car and a full open driver’s license.
• Ability to travel away from home for extended periods.
• Experience in the beef industry is advantageous.
