Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients in the red meat industry, troubleshooting issues and responding to queries.
- Gather and analyze data using advanced tools to ensure the highest level of meat quality grading.
- Install, update, and maintain technology devices at client sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is operating optimally.
- Travel 60-70% of the time to client locations for site visits, installations, and on-site support.
- Spend 30-40% of the time working remotely, coordinating with clients and managing data.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work outdoors in diverse environments and varying temperature conditions.
- Ability to handle physical tasks as needed.
- Be prepared for overnight stays and extensive travel during the workweek.
- Experience in the red meat or agricultural industries is a plus but not essential.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a QFever vaccination.
- A reliable car and full open driver’s license are required, as is the flexibility to travel for extended periods.
