AField Team technician holds an integral role in the success of the company as they collect crucial data and create cutting-edge products. One of the main devices built by MEQ and operated by a Field Team technician measures red meat eating quality using machine learning and lasers! This work includes collecting samples within an abattoir,processing the samples,operating the MEQ device and collecting upcoming projects data using new technologies.This work is a great opportunity for anyone to broaden their understanding of meat science and learn practical skills that are useful for potential careers in the meat industry and contribute to a world-first technology company!
