About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Finance Administrator will be based in our Spring Hill office. You will work with our Finance and Operations Managers supporting our Australia-wide business.
This role offers a lot of variety, challenge and career opportunity – we are looking for someone who is excited about data, trend and analytics; keen for career development into a more senior role in future.
You will be looking to join a collaborative team environment, where your work will make an immediate impact. Responsibilities
- High volume of reconcilations of expenses / deductions and matching to employees
- Interaction with Finance and Operations leadership team
- Understanding / analysis of payroll and expenses is essential
- Working with project leads and various business units
- Support the Financial Accounting team with any reporting requirements
- Best practice and process improvement
- Power BI (ideally) and Excel skills
- Experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Curious nature and analytical mind
- Desire to add value and contribute positively to the business
- Team player, but able to work autonomously
- Desire to work within a growing business
