Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the production process in our Kill Floor.
- Ensure customer specifications are met while optimizing yields, cost, and productivity.
- Lead and support production staff to achieve safety and performance goals.
- Hours: 6am - 6pm, currently working 5 days (4 ordinary + 1 OT day)
- Proven production management experience with hands-on floor-level experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OHS requirements, HACCP, and QA procedures.
- Solution-focused with a consistent ability to follow through.
- Flexible and efficient resource coordination to meet production needs.
- Ability to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative and inclusive communication with all stakeholders.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility, aligned with company values.
- High motivation, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
