About the role
We have multiple excavator roles available working for a QLD owned and operated Civil Construction Business (working on subdivision developments), and looking for experienced Excavator Operators (specifically drilling holes for retaining wall and fences) to start as soon as possible.
About you
You will work within small teams (2-3 people) and work across different sites in South-East Queensland. The company have months of work pre-booked – so job security is a huge plus here!
If you are looking for ongoing stable work, these roles are full-time hours, paid casual (initially); but, the business is looking to promote into a Permanent role ASAP!
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements:
- Operates heavy excavators (20-40T) drilling holes for retaining walls & fences).
- Ability to work in a small team, and is capable to work autonomously (when required).
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to travel to client sites to complete work (e.g. Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast).
- Good working ethic, flexible attitude, and be reliable.
- Have current tickets, drivers licence, white card.
