About the Role
In this position you will fulfil manage all operational requirements of the business across in your region. The position is client focused, where you will provide a valued service offering; manage all onsite account managers and develop coach and mentor all managers within your area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FIP Group business daily operations across all business units.
- Ensure budget targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve FIP Group KPI’s.
- Manage and develop all FIP Group Onsite Account Managers and onsite internal staff recruitment/ performance and overall employment.
- Ensure compliance with each relevant State Legislation and continual improvement of Operational Management System (OMS).
- Facilitate Internal Audit process for onsite internal staff teams, helping the Human Resources Manager.
- Manage internal relationships with senior managers to ensure overall operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with the QLD Quality Standards for Principal Employer Organisations.
