Operations Manager Primary Purpose of Position:
· Manage FIP Group business daily operations across all business units.
· Ensure budget targets for FIP Group business units are met.
· Drive continuous improvement across all FIP Group business units to achieve FIP Group KPI’s.
· Manage and develop all FIP Group Onsite Account Managers and onsite internal staff recruitment/ performance and overall employment.
· Ensure compliance with each relevant State Legislation and continual improvement of Operational Management System (OMS).
· Facilitate Internal Audit process for onsite internal staff teams, helping the Human Resources Manager.
· Manage internal relationships with FIP Group senior managers to ensure overall operational excellence across all FIP Group business units.
· Research Statutory obligations that apply to FIP Group and develop policies and procedures to ensure Statutory Compliance.
· Ensure compliance with the QLD Quality Standards for Principal Employer Organisations.
· Develop a One Page Strategic KPI Plan for each FIP Group site for each financial year.
· Maintain records of all Common Law claims.
· Maintain records of all internal staff files / complaints / Investigations / FWC cases.
· Ensure that Professional Development is undertaken to attain and/or maintain necessary qualifications to legally and competently implement current duties and responsibilities pertaining to Statutory obligations and Australian and International Standards development.

- To Manage all onsite account managers across all FIP Group business units.
- To develop coach and mentor all managers within FIP Group including Support Office Management and Staff
