About the role
Reporting directly to the Onsite Account Manager, the role will be responsible for supporting day to day operations onsite with a strong focus on payroll administration.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administration support to internal onsite team members
  • Reconciliation of Rosters to Timesheets (daily)
  • Timely coordination of pre-employment medical process
  • Ensure visa compliance via accurate and timely VEVO verification prior to placement
  • Maintain and develop internal and external key relationships
  • Work collaboratively to continually improve service offering and meet client requirements
Experience:
  • Administration experience
  • Basic MS Office skills and computer literacy
  • Certificate in Business or similar
