About the role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, Primary Processing and based their Cannon Hill facility, this pivotal role connects our sales and production teams. You'll enjoy wearing multiple hats, collaborating and liaising with a range of stakeholders across the business as you plan and coordinate both capacity and capability to enable production to meet our customer needs. You'll be data driven and provide meaningful insights that improve our efficiency, effectiveness and decision making. Other elements of the role include:
Along with at least 3 years industry experience within protein manufacturing & processing (preferably red meat), you'll be a highly skilled operator who is reliable and enjoy early morning starts! Being a team player, you'll bring people and departments together to reach a common goal. - Optimisation
- New Product implementation
- Application of continuous improvement initiatives

- Physical fitness and agility to perform the role safely.
