About the role
Reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator, this role is based in our Brisbane CBD head office.  You will work as part of our recruitment team, as the contact for candidates applying for our blue-collar roles nationally.
 
This role is fast-paced and high volume!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with and provide support to the Recruitment Coordinator 
• High volume of candidate contact via phone
• Posting job ads – Seek, Websites and Social Media
• Completing phone interviews
• Booking face to face interviews and inductions
• Following up candidate applications
• Supporting candidate onboarding (online systems)
• Other ad-hoc activities as required

 
About you

• Interest or experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Excellent administration and time management skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Comfortable making high volume calls to applicants to discuss our current vacancies
• Ability to multitask
• Willing to learn and develop your knowledge in a number of areas of your business

 
This role is offered initially as a 6-month maternity leave contract; however, our business is growing and the opportunity to go permanent or move to another internal vacancy in future is very realistic.
