About the role
Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, this role is based in our Brisbane office in Spring Hill.  You will work with our recruitment team and support our clients and Onsite Account Managers around Australia.

Responsibilities 
 
In this role you will lead a team of 6 recruitment consultants – this is our delivery team with little business development requirement, your focus is on leading the team and on expansion within our current client base.
  • Ensure all client and candidate relationships are maintained
  • Lead and mentor staff
  • Work with the onsite & sales teams in identifying new opportunities
  • Account management of existing clients ensuring they are in line with business goals and objectives
  • The ability to establish and nurture long lasting business relationships
  • Understanding of the local employment market 
  • Ensure all established practices and all policies are adhered to by recruitment team
  • Process improvement
About you
  • Experience in leading and managing a diverse team
  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior consultant role
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience
  • A high level of self-motivation and resilience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • A tenacious, passionate and results driven mindset
