Key Responsibilities:

• Trim, bone, and slice beef carcasses
• Operate knives and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain safety standards and follow procedures

Hourly Rates: 

• Knife Hand: $29.56 - $33.11
• Learner/Boner/Slaughterman: $30.79 - $34.47
• Slicer (one cut): $37.16 - $41.62
• Slicer (all cuts): $39.91 - $44.71
• On the Chain: $42.29 - $47.35

About You: 

• Previous experience in meat processing or as a Knife Hand
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks in a cold environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical (PEM) and Q Fever vaccination
• Available for 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime
