We are looking for experienced Welders & Steel Fabricators for full-time permanent opportunities in Toowoomba.
These roles will have you working 6.30am to 3.30am Monday to Friday (great work/life balance) in the workshop on the outskirts of Toowoomba. Car parking onsite.
The company are continuing to grow and have 3 months of orders in advance. The environment is friendly and offers training and development opportunities. They make bespoke products to order and are in high demand! You will have job security, supportive leadership and this region is beautiful!

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Experience as a Welder or Steel Fabricator; trade certificate is desired but not essential
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, with the capacity to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
- Able to work un-supervised and as part of a team
- Reliable, friendly with a positive attitude
- Physically fit with the ability to perform physical demands of the position including lifting, bending, standing most of the day etc.
- A keen interest to build a strong and sustainable career
- An enthusiasm and drive to succeed individually & as part of a team
- Reliability, honesty and consistency in delivering on targets
- Fantastic relationship building skills
- A willingness to learn and share knowledge!
