About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced cleaning Supervisor/Team leader to work for one of our clients located 200kms west of Melbourne. Our client is a privately owned meat export company that have been in business since 1993. They employ around 350 employees directly and indirectly. All product processed at this location is exported to markets around the world including North America, Caribbean, Middle East, Asia, and Africa. You will be leading/supervising a team of 15 cleaners on site, ensuring the successful and smooth operation of a clean facility after each shift. This position will suit someone who is available for PM shift work starting from 1500hrs – 2300hrs, Monday to Friday.

About You:
- Hold/Completed Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
- Experience working within FMCG/Abattoir environment
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; including providing constructive feedback and monitoring of staffs
- Monitoring of cleaning supplies and equipments
- Fully Vaccinated (Covid – 19)
- Willing to get Q-Fever vaccination
- Available for an Immediate Start
