What is the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS)

Designed to help both our regional/rural communities and our Pacific neighbours, the PLS is a demand-driven strategy to meet your workforce needs, improve productivity and increase economic viability.

As an Approved Employer, we are able to source low and semi-skilled workers from 9 Pacific nations and Timor-Leste to work in Australia for up to 36 months.

Which countries do we source workers from?

We are currently sourcing workers from Fiji, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Kiribati, Nauru, Tuvalu and Vanuatu. We aim to source from Timor-Leste and plan to visit once travel restrictions are lifted as a result of COVID19. We can provide a selection of candidates that match the attributes you require for your business.
