As the Export Documentation Officer, you are responsible for creating precise export documents for international and local customers to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with regulations.

About the Role
  • Coordinate air and sea freight shipments to various international destinations 
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone or email, addressing concerns regarding product damage, pricing, shipping timelines, and orders
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions to customers
  • Manage air freight bookings and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with production and generating export documentation
  • Ensure accuracy in export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and permits
  • Facilitate export processes including obtaining export declaration numbers and permits for shipments
  • Input customer details and product data into accounting system
  • Ensure correct payment attribution and monitor receipt of payments
  • Liaise with accounts for fund management and refunds
  • Collaborate with relevant authorities for QA audits
  • Adhere to OH&S policies and legislative requirements
About You
  • Relevant qualification in finance, accounts or logistics
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong time management/ deadline focus
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills
  • Good numerical capability
