- Prior experience in the food processing / meat industry is highly desirable.
- You must also be open to training and development opportunities, and willing to progress your career and add new skills such as workplace training.

CHALLENGES:
Responsible for recruiting and managing the operational workforce in a food processing plant, you will be responsible for the general HR of managing a workforce, as well as our contractual agreement and inherent service level agreements.

Engaging with both internal and external customers, you must be able to effectively transfer information in a clear and concise manner.
