Primary Purpose of Position: 
·         To build relationships with key stakeholders to fortify operations. 
·         To fulfil the Purpose and Value Proposition of Food Industry People Group
·         To deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) respondent to position classification.
·         To maintain strategic partnerships and work collaboratively to continuously improve service offering.
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Foster and maintain formidable internal and external key relationships.
·         Maintain a strategic partnership with key stakeholders and work collaboratively to continually improve service offering. 
·         Create and maintain an environment of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
·         Implement protocols to deliver all contractual commitments defined in the Deed of Employment.
·         Oversee compliance in all relevant legislation and policy areas, for both the host client and Food Industry People Group
·         Ensure currency of Operational Management System (OMS) documents in circulation or publicised without modification from the controlled document housing.
·         Protect the company brand and reputation by ensuring your behaviour and conduct always reflects a professional and corporate image including during travel and onsite.
    

Meet or exceed critical numbers as defined by the Group (i.e., financial and manning) to deliver net profitability of the account to budget and ensure the site is adequately manned for production.

- Meat industry experience preferred but not essential - Must have Australian Open Drivers Licence and own vehicle  - Must have flexibility around working hours and availability  - Exposure to key fundamentals of people management/Human Resources - Must be willing to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical assessment, Drug & Alcohol Test and Q Fever Vaccination/Screening  - Intermediate; Microsoft Office Suite skills and Computer Literacy - Certificate in HR or related discipline preferred but not essential
