Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee our production lines. This role requires strong mechanical and machine operation knowledge and the ability to lead a team effectively. Shift time 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production lines to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and supervise a team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Work with the Technical Team to enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in food processing.
- Strong mechanical and machine operation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
