About the Role
This is a Regional Manager position.  You will manage all operational requirements of the business across multiple sites around Australia.  The position is employee and client focused, where you will provide a valued service offering; manage all onsite account managers and develop, coach and mentor all staff within your area.  The remit will be up to 20 sites and 1000 onsite employees; with a direct team of 8-12.

We support Australian companies with labour-shortages; we do this via the PALM scheme, local-labour, contract and permanent recruitment.  Our onsite employees work in high-volume production and processing environments (mostly in agriculture and horticulture); so experience in this industry would be desirable (but not essential).

We are looking for a people and operations leader.  You will have excellent time-management, attention to detail and confidence in communicating with stakeholders.  You are a problem-solver by nature and will support your team and clients to achieve their targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage FIP Group business daily operations across all business units in your allocated region (national role).
  • Ensure budget, performance and staffing targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and develop all FIP Group Onsite Account Managers
  • Develop, train and mentor onsite staff.
  • Support onsite internal staff recruitment and performance.
  • Facilitate Internal Audit process for onsite internal staff teams, helping the Human Resources Manager.
  • Manage internal relationships with senior managers to ensure overall operational excellence.
  • Identify and relay prospective client targets
This role is based in our corporate office in Brisbane, though travel interstate will be required to attend client sites.  Experience leading across multiple sites is essential.
You will have support from our operational and corporate teams (including HR, Safety, Payroll and Recruitment).
