- Utilise knives efficiently to separate beef carcasses into various cuts
- Operation of equipment and machinery
- Focus and strong understanding of safety
- Have previous experience as a Knife Hand
- Be physically fit and have the ability to conduct repetitive motion tasks
- Confidently pass PEM and QFevered
- Be reliable, punctual and flexible - early starts required
Monday to Friday
Morning Shift 5am - 230pm or Afternoon Shift 2.30pm - 11.00pm

- Learner/Boner/Slaughterman $30.79-$34.47
- Slicer - one cut $37.16-$41.62
- Slicer - all cuts $39.91-$44.71
- On the chain $42.29-$47.35
